Schedule of Activities

 

5:00 AM         Registration for Individual Events / Corporate Relay

                        Maiqui and Joey’s Ironman

 

6:00 AM         Opening of Event

                        Buddy Run (parent/child)

                        3-km Fun Run for Kids

                        5-km and 10-km Fun Run

                        Start of Corporate Relay

 

8:00 AM         Super TriKids Triathlon

8:30 AM         Pinay In Action All Women’s Triathlon

10:00 AM       Carewell Bikes for Hope

 

10:30 AM       Table Tennis Demo for the Visually Impaired

2:00 PM         Carewell Bike Raffle

 

6:00 PM         Closing of Event       

    

Mechanics for Individual Participants:

    

 

1. This is open to any individual who is willing to walk/run/bike for any distance at any time from 6am –6pm.

 

2. There will be a registration/donation fee of P1,000 per participant. But all the participants are encouraged to go beyond their goals to raise more funds through pledges from family, friends and even companies.

 

3. Special prizes will be given away.

    

Mechanics for Corporate Relay Participants:

    

 

1. The corporation is entitled to field in a minimim of 6 participants and maximum of 12 participants per team. A corporation has the option to field in more than one team.

 

2. For 12 hours, there has to be at least 1 participant who will either be walking, running or biking. 

 

3. There will be a registration/donation fee of P50,000/team. However, we would like you to encourage your team to raise more donations by creating an incentive for the extra distance that the team covers. For example, for an hour if they are expected to cover 5km by walking, and they are able to do 6km, you can give them an incentive of an additional P1,000 for every km that they exceed for their donation. The total number of kms in excess will be added to their registration/donation at the end of the event.

 

Mechanics for the MaxiWorks Super Kids Aquathlon/Triathlon:

  

1. There will be five age categories. Each age category will differ in distance. Please find below the corresponding distances for each age category.

 

Age      Swim        Bike             Run   

U7         25m          No Bike         100m                                    

7-8         50m          No Bike         200m                       

9-10       100m        No Bike          400m                       

11-12     200m        5k                  1k                       

13-15     300m        10k                2k

 

2. There will be a registration/donation fee of P1,000.00 for each child.  Family discounts will be given.

 

3. There will be medals for the top male and top female finisher in each age category.

  

    

Mechanics for the All Women's Triathlon:

   

1. This is open to all Women. The distance to be covered will be 500m swim, 15km bike and 3km run.

 

2. There will be a registration/donation fee of P1,000 for each participant.

 

3. There will be medals for the top 3 finishers.

    

Mechanics for the Buddy Run:

     

 

1. A team should be composed on one (1) adult and one (1) child. This does not have to necessarily be a parent and child.

 

2. There will be a registration /donation fee of P1,500  for each team.

 

3. The tandem will be tied together by their ankles and they have to cross the finish line tied together.

 

4. There will be medals for the top 3 teams.
